Pewe128 Malaysia Platform Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "MYR / RM" refers to the Malaysian Ringgit — the official currency used for all financial transactions at pewe128.

• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum wagering amount a Member must fulfil before winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.

To be eligible to register for and use pewe128's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Is private individuals – registration on behalf of a company, organisation, or any other entity is not permitted.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement under applicable law.

Upon registration, you are required to provide information that is true, accurate, and complete. You are fully responsible for keeping your account password secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. pewe128 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to protect your login details.

All deposits at pewe128 must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) uses an approved payment method. Deposits received via third parties or methods not recognised by pewe128 are strictly prohibited and may result in funds being frozen.

Pewe128 accepts the following deposit methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet – instant deposit, minimum RM10
• DuitNow (QR and Instant Transfer) – instant deposit, minimum RM10
• GrabPay – instant deposit, minimum RM10
• ShopeePay – instant deposit, minimum RM10
• Boost – instant deposit, minimum RM10
• FPX Internet Banking – Maybank2u – deposit within 5 minutes, minimum RM20
• FPX Internet Banking – CIMB Clicks – deposit within 5 minutes, minimum RM20

The minimum total deposit amount is RM10 for e-wallet methods and RM20 for the FPX internet banking method. No maximum deposit limit is set, except for limits imposed by the payment provider itself.

Pewe128 members are entitled to withdraw funds from their accounts subject to the following conditions:

• Account has gone through the identity verification (KYC) in full.
• No active investigations relating to suspicious activity on the account in question.
• All bonus wagering requirements (if any) have been fully met.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.

Withdrawals will be processed to the account that same with the deposit method used. For example, if you deposited via Touch 'n Go eWallet, the withdrawal will be returned to the same Touch 'n Go eWallet account. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering.

Withdrawal processing times at pewe128 are as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Boost) – within 30 minutes; FPX internet banking – within 1 to 3 hours business days. Withdrawals requested on Malaysian public holidays may take slightly longer to process.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified except where expressly stated otherwise in the relevant game rules.
